Before you buy

Describe the marks you want to treat, how long you have had them and what you have already tried. We will tell you honestly whether this formula is the right thing, including when it is not. An opened bottle cannot be returned, so we would rather talk you out of it now than take the order.

After you order

Put your order number in the subject line. Address changes are only possible before the parcel is handed to the carrier, so send those first and explain afterwards.
