These terms govern the sale of the NORÉA Pigment Perfecting Serum through this store. Placing an order means you accept them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. The seller
The seller is the operator of NORÉA, established at Calle Mariana Pineda, 18690 Almuñécar, Granada, Spain. Full identification details are on the legal notice. Contact: care@norea.com.
2. The product
One product is sold: a 30 ml cosmetic serum, described in full on the product page including its complete INCI list. It is a cosmetic product, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, speak to your doctor or dermatologist before using it.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation. We may decline an order where the product is out of stock, where the price was displayed in error, or where payment cannot be verified. In every such case you are refunded in full.
4. Purchase limit
Each batch is produced in a fixed run and released at once. A maximum of two units per order applies while a batch is on sale. We may cancel and refund orders that circumvent this limit through multiple accounts or addresses.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in euro and include Spanish VAT for destinations inside the European Union. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before payment. Promotional prices apply only while displayed; the crossed-out price is the price at which the product was previously offered by us. Payment is taken at the time of the order.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms, costs and timings are in the shipping page, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Withdrawal and returns

8. Claims about results
Figures quoted on this site come from an eight-week evaluation on 124 participants and are reported as they were measured, with the sample size and the timeframe attached. They describe what a group experienced. They are not a promise about your skin, and individual results vary with skin type, sun exposure and consistency of use.
9. Liability
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Intellectual property
The NORÉA name, the packaging design, the photography and the text on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
Write to care@norea.com first — most things are resolved in a single email. If we cannot agree, EU consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, and Spanish consumers may address the consumer authority of their autonomous community. Official complaint forms are available on request.
12. Governing law
Spanish law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which they habitually reside.
13. Changes
We may amend these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published at the moment you place your order.
