Yes. There is no retinol, no hydroquinone and no high-strength acid in the formula. Alpha-arbutin is widely considered suitable, which is one of the reasons we chose it. As with anything applied daily during pregnancy, mention it to your doctor or midwife.
Yes. The pH sits in a comfortable range and there is nothing in it strong enough to conflict. Apply NORÉA first on clean skin, then your other treatment, then moisturiser. If you already use a prescription retinoid, alternate nights for the first fortnight.

It helps, and it is honest to say it is not a cure. Melasma is hormonally driven and recurs; what alpha-arbutin does is reduce how much new pigment is produced while the trigger persists. Daily SPF 50 makes a larger difference to melasma than any serum will.
